Terms and Conditions

At alpha Omega Lab, these General Terms and Conditions (AGB) apply to all services, including multimedia content creation, video/audio production and editing, social media management, and e-learning development. By using our services, you agree to the following terms:

1. Services and Scope
We offer content creation, SEO writing, video and audio editing, social media management, and e-learning solutions. The specific details of each service are agreed upon in the project contract.

2. Prices and Payment Terms
Prices are set on an hourly or project basis and must be paid within 14 days of invoicing. Late payments incur a 5% fee per week.

3. Delivery and Deadlines
Project timelines are discussed in the contract. If delays occur due to unforeseen circumstances, alpha Omega Lab reserves the right to extend deadlines.

4. Client Obligations
The client must provide all necessary materials and feedback. Delays in client responses may affect project timelines.

5. Changes and Revisions
Clients are entitled to two revision rounds. Additional changes may incur extra fees.

6. Right of Withdrawal
Due to the digital nature of our services, once work has commenced or a digital product is delivered, the right to withdraw is excluded as per § 312g Abs. 2 Nr. 1 BGB.

7. Warranty and Liability
We guarantee the agreed quality of services. Clients are responsible for reviewing the deliverables. Alpha Omega Lab’s liability is limited to the project fee, except in cases of gross negligence.

8. Confidentiality and Data Protection
All client data is handled confidentially in compliance with GDPR regulations.

9. Termination and Cancellation
Either party may terminate the agreement with 7 days’ notice. In case of cancellation, alpha Omega Lab may invoice for completed work.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
This agreement is governed by German law. Any disputes will be settled in the courts of Berlin.
